Below are the downloadable A4 files of the Spinnaker Survey, ready to be taken into schools. After feedback from last year, the survey has been formatted as a one-sided A4 that can be folded rather than a double-sided file. Once the surveys have been filled out, please take photographs of the surveys and email them to Stephen ([email protected]) or bring the hard copies into the Spinnaker office if you know you are visiting.
