Chrissie and her team would love to tell The Night Lantern story to as many children as possible! Would you be interested in welcoming Little Red into your school as a creative workshop or worship? 

There are 3 options to choose from… 

  • Creative Worship – Telling of The Night Lantern story with puppets and children interaction plus a reflection with questions and thoughts after. (Could be done as a Collective Worship 30-45 mins - no maximum number of children.) 
  • Enrichment Workshop – Telling of The Night Lantern story using puppets and children interaction, a craft of making their own Night Lanterns and a reflection with questions about God being the Light and how we carry his light to others. (Classroom based and 1 hour long. A class size or about 30 children maximum.) 
  • Performance Workshops – Chrissie would work with a small group of children (For example: the worship leaders/ house captains) over a couple of weeks to create a stage version of The Night Lantern. The group would then perform the story to the rest of the school as a performance/ collective worship. As a trained Drama teacher, Chrissie would utilise the use of Physical Theatre and masks to bring The Night Lantern to life! After the story is performed, a reflection with questions would be given. (3 or 4 after school or lunchtime rehearsals leading up to a collective worship/ performance of 30mins. Max 12 children to perform.)
