Fun & Uplifting!

"I have had the privilege of working with Spinnaker in South London schools for a few years. I first heard good reports of Spinnaker’s inspirational work from members of my church, so I expressed an interest in volunteering with Spinnaker. After some helpful training, I went into couple of schools to watch Steve Palmer take assemblies.  I was struck by the great rapport he had with a staff and children.  The assemblies were a fresh, original way of presenting Bible stories and Christian values. Thereafter, I was always keen to receive the new assembly packs, full of creative and child-friendly ideas. Our team training meetings are fun and uplifting, and I always enjoy meeting other members of the team. I have made positive relationships within several local schools and get good responses to my assemblies.  I am proud of the excellent work that Spinnaker does, helping teachers with RE days, taking regular assemblies and offering teachers and staff valuable prayer support."
