Schools Team Manager Required for Spinnaker's Head Office


22.5 hours per week – 41 weeks per year


Salary £13,547 p.a. (Full-time equivalent £26,325)

Spinnaker is a Christian charity supporting primary schools in the delivery of Christian religious education and collective worship. We are linked with around 100 schools in South London and the South East and are regularly invited into new schools.

We are excited to be able to offer this position to lead, manage and resource Spinnaker’s school-based team. Working closely with the Chief Executive and management team, this new appointment will support our hub leaders to promote and enhance our work in every school we visit.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an experienced and growing team, sharing the story of Christianity with a new generation. The successful candidate will demonstrate experience of Christian schools work, an understanding of primary education and a proven ability to lead and manage a team. They will be creative and able to collaborate with others to write and edit high quality materials.

There is a genuine occupational requirement that the post-holder is a committed Christian and be able to demonstrate accord with the ethos and values of Spinnaker. A successful enhanced DBS clearance and Barred List clearance is required.

The role is the equivalent of 3 days per week, mainly during term time, with flexible hours. Closing date for applications is Friday 13th April.
